Try our first adventure game: Brunhilda and the Dark Crystal

Post by mctb32 »

Hi,

This is my first post, but I’m a big fan of adventure games and ScummVM enabled me to play lots of games from the old days. Anyway, I’m also a game developer and together with TwinBottles team we have just completed our first adventure game - Brunhilda and the Dark Crystal. We tried to make the game story, theme and style similar to older games such as The Legend of Kyrandia.

We are currently doing a soft launch of the game so we are looking for honest feedback especially from adventure game enthusiasts. I’m sure many people will complain that the game mechanics are not an exact copy of the older games, and that it is too easy, but we wanted to make the game accessible to the modern casual gamers.

Anyway, here are the links to the game:

The game is currently available for Windows PC’s, but we are already working on a Mac port.

I really hope you enjoy the game!
Best regards,
Maciej

Wow

I like the style and graphics, can't try it because i'm not on Windows

Any chance the engine is not proprietary and "could" be implemented into ScummVM? (sorry for asking, but if you post on our forums i just have to) :-)

Hidden object games aren't my cup of tea, but it looks quite well put together with some story and stuff
