mi2 on LG optimus - no keyboard!

Hi, i'm having problems getting past the copy protect as have no physical keyboard. I can bring the virtual keyboard up by holding the menu key but it just flashes up and doesn't allow you to actually do anything! Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks!

The keyboard also has a tendency to close immediately after opening for me. I found that if i held the button for a shorter time the keyboard would stay up.

Yep, it's just a bug that needs to be fixed i think.
