Anyone think the Broken Sword game is highly influenced by Alfred Hitchcock's North by Northwest?

The part where George Stobbart is in another persons hotel room is very similar to a scene in North by Northwest.

To be honest, I never thought about N by NW when I played BS, maybe because Bull's head doesn't really look like Mount Rush...

If a game can be said to be based on North by Northwest just because the main character enters someone else's hotel room, then Post Mortem, Ultima VII Part 2 and LeChuck's Revenge must be based on North by Northwest. It's a pretty slender reed to support such a connection, I think.
