problem with the new snapshot release

every time it loads certain games like Beneath a Steel Sky among others.is either slow or freezes i guess have for now go back to the old version?

what could be cause this freezing

Could you specify some more details, so we can try to reproduce this behavior?

It would help to know
- Your platform
- The version of ScummVM you are using
- The version of Beneath a Steel Sky you're using
- Details on your savegames : are they recent, made with the same version of ScummVM, BaSS, platform...

Windows XP Sp3(X86)
Scummvm Version 1.1.148874
Beneath a Steel Sky version V0.0372 (CD)
i had not made any no saves been made with this or any old build of Scummvm

We are currently in the test period of v1.2.0
You may find it there : http://www.scummvm.org/downloads/scummvm-win32.exe

Could you verify if your problem is also present in this version?

yeah still is presented after Scummvm haves load the MT32 Sound emulator?frozen right up at the Virgin Screen butt after that it works fine after unfreezing

i tried the MD5deep and find the Checksum to be the right value no moderated was found?
