Can the Code::Blocks distribution be relied upon?

I can only speak for myself and I use vim for development on ScummVM. I think some other developers do too and I think I heard from at least one developer in the ScummVM team that he uses Emacs.

I seem to recall in a podcast sometime back that sev said he uses Emacs.

Well, I use MSVC and Windows, it's mostly a personal preference. You could use Eclipse, for example, or Dev-C++
