Requesting a "Home" button

Post by Raziel »

Not sure where to put this

Could someone please add a "Home" or "Up" button to the bottom of the pages (main page and all fora) which takes one back to the top of the active page?

Thank you

What's wrong with pressing the actual "Home" key on your keyboard?

Maybe i don't have such a key?

Maybe that key is set to browse to my start page?

Maybe that key is set to do something completely different?

You should have a "Home" button and an "End" button on your keyboard near "Delete". The "Home" button is not the same as the one you may also have on your keyboard with a house on it that will take you to the browser's start page.

Thank you all

I know my keyboard :-)

It's just that i don't want to press a button on it when i can with the mouse.
What would be the problem in adding a Home link?
It's just a simple link?

(I'm not going to say that every forum has a Home link) :-)

Quite the opposite for me. I'd rather keep my hands on the keyboard than having one move to the mouse.

I'd like to request keyboard shortcuts for everything, please.

Even though my hand is on the mouse mostly I find myself reaching to the keyboard for many things which I could do with the mouse.
I think it just feels a little easier although it's one of those old IBM keyboards with springs which helps. Recommended.
