Proper details of the INI specification for the DC port?

Having only just recently discovered that the INI suggestion from a while back actually got implemented as of v1.2.0 (though curiously the official changelog failed to mention this at all), I'm proceeding to try some new CDs out.

I'm assuming that the INI specification is similar to that used by all other ports, but I'd still like to know...

a) what the official full path is on DC. Is it still "/cd/" like with most DC works or is it something else?
b) if I can still use icons.

a) Don't add any irrelevant characters such as "/cd/". Just specify the path of the directory on the disc.
b) Icons are still handled like before.
