Problem with Ireland cutscene - Broken Sword 1

After long meddling with folders and filenames and with huge help of these boards I managed to run BS1 with cutscenes and speech. Everything was ok til I reached the Ireland cutscene, I get the message "cutscene ireland not found", I click ok and game continues. I checked the folder with cutscenes (downloaded from your download section) and both Ireland files are present - ireland.dxa, 1061 kb and ireland.fla, 297 kb. The only previous cutscenes, one with ladder and second with manuscript, work ok, however I dont see subs during the latter scene (maybe there aren't any).

What may be the problem?

Nevermind, I sorted it out. I had two "clusters" folders and just put all files from second one (including the "ireland" one) to the first one.
