Tools Used:
Nero Buring Rom 6 ; You can use any equal burning software
WinRAR ; You can use other equal packing software that handles RAR
Step By Step Guide:
Step 1:
Download this file containing the files needed to boot:
ScummVM 0.8.2 DVD Files
Unpack them using WinRAR
Step 2:
Start Nero
Start a new DVD project and use DVD-ROM (UDF/ISO) template.
In the ISO tab you use the following settings:
File system: ISO 9660 only
File name lenght (ISO): Max. of 11 = 8 + 3 (Level 1)

In the Label tab you can specify your own name under Disc Name

Ok we are done, click New to complete the task.
Step 3
Now we are ready to start adding files to our DVD, start by adding the files you downloaded in the first step.
Adding Files 1 ; Image was to big to have in the post
Now we have all the things we need to boot our ScummVM engine, but we have no games. And ScummVM isn't so fun with no games, so lets add your games.
Adding Files 2 ; Image was to big to have in the post
Now you must do as I did and place each game in it's own folder.
That's all we need!
Step 4:
Oki everything is done, we are ready to burn!

Only burn a 2X (2 770 KB/s)
IMPORTANT: Always use a high quality medium when burning a PS2 DVD or your PS2 will have problems reading them and even prematurely fail while reading a low grade medium. I know people that has done as I said and still doesn't got a working DVD, until I told them to burn it to a Verbatim DVD-R and everything worked for them.
My advice: Use Verbatim DVD-R and you will be fine.
Final Step
Ok you burnt your ScummVM PS2 DVD with you games now, just put them in your PS2 and enjoy!
