HELP!!! Putting windows 95 game on computer, using scummvm
Hi,
Okay so I REALLY want to play Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis, but my computer won't recognize the disk. It is the original disk and is in almost in perfect condition. I think I need to put it on my computer before I use scummvm? Please help, I really want to play this game![/i]

What do you mean with "won't recognize the disk"?
A. You mean the game won't automatically start.
This is correct. It shouldn't.
Just follow the newbie guide to figure out how to make ScummVM work.
B. You mean you can't see any files on the disk.
B1. Your disk is a Macintosh CD.
If this is the case you need to do some extra work to get the files off the disk. Explained here.
B2. Your disk is a DOS/Windows/PC CD.
Just try to use another computer to extract the files. If that fails too there is not much you can do.

You really must make sure that the program's driver is installed properly (you might need a reboot too, I don't remember if I actually needed one). In particular, follow this bit of the program's readme:
Which OS are you using? Is it 32 or 64 bit?
Another option: if you're using Windows 7 and for some reason the program doesn't run, you can download Virtual PC + Windows XP mode for free from Microsoft, in order to run it under an XP installation
You can also try changing the program's compatibility to XP (right click on the EXE, properties, compatibility settings).CDENABLE.SYS is needed under Windows NT 4.0 to give access to
HFS/hybrid CD:s. Must be *moved* to "\Winnt\System32\Drivers" directory.
After moving the driver, the program must be run once with system administrator
rights. Later normal user rights suffice.

Moved means: copy to the folder it tells you, and remove the original file, otherwise the program seems to load the wrong file (which isn't in the drivers folder, therefore, the way I understand this, it doesn't have permissions to read the CD files).
