I´ve added bugs 3422141 and 3422150, the second one doesn't seem to affect gameplay.
Apologies for the further problems. I've fixed both issues. Hopefully you won't have any further problems.

Ringworld Revenge of the Patriarch

Post by Vorph »

The game is completable

ScummVM Version: 1.4.0git2721-g49f20aa
OS: Windows XP SP3 x86
Game Version: Ringworld: Revenge of Patriarch Floppy/DOS/English

However I filed another bugreport 3423512. This will make the game uncompletable, if you don't follow the right steps in the first place. Therefore this game should be retested by someone else...

Bug: 3423512

Kind regards

Vorph

Thanks for the further report. This bug is now fixed as well. Ideally, we need someone else to do another playthrough of the game from the start to make sure that with the recent bugfixes there are no further problems.

When I checked last the Ringworld floppy needed testing but I see it doesn't anymore now. Anyway I'll add I completed it with no problems on openSUSE 11.4 32 bit.
I did actually hit the bug where you can't talk to the slave (the one who is washing clothes by the water who looks like he has a mohican haircut) but after checking the bug reports and compiling a new pull from git it worked.
I also had about 30 screenshots ready to upload but in the process of making the jpg thumbs I accidentally deleted the png screenshots. Doh!
I'll give it another attempt sometime. I have about 40 save files as I made a new one for each save instead of overwriting the same one everytime so it won't be a problem to make new screenshots from scenes all through the game.

Oh geez! I completely missed the KQ3 entry with that big Laura Bow image taking up most of my screen. Will add, sorry.

I'll add LoL too, even though Release Testing is over now. My busy RL schedule has detracted from my ScummVM time in the past couple weeks, unfortunately :(
