Problem with Day of the tentacle and voice

Post by Jim_Di »

I have a monster.sof file, but everybody in internets recommend *.sou file.

In file i find flac signatures.

Forum Rule #0. Once you buy the game, you get .sou file.

Really? That's your excuse? I spent 2 seconds on Google, and Amazon was one of the first hits:
http://www.amazon.com/Maniac-Mansion-Da ... B00079WOJY

It costs around $25 - 35.

And of course you can find it on ebay:

I know about amazon and ebay. Price for shipping often equal goods price. It's just not profitable.

Someone can say me about flac support in psp version or not?

If not, please close topic and i write converter for this by myself.

Do not tell me fairy stories. I am myself from Ukraine. EBay is your friend. 300RUR plus 150 RUR on shipping from UK is not a high price for Russia.

ScummVM project does not support piracy in any way.

Those links are for disk version with no speech, from the look of it. Overpriced good old games.. This one needs a re-release on steam or somewhere badly. I got my own CD copy from priceminister at like 30 euro, not bad but meh.. Go Lucas! First reason for most "rule 0" cases is unavailability at reasonable prices, when will companies understand. >.<

Did you actually check them? There are currently 2 CD-ROM releases for $7.80 and $10.92 on the sale. Well, DOTT + Sam & Max for $24.99 Buy it Now. I wouldn't call that overpriced.

And while I personally do not like to see those old games having really limited availability, discussing any illegal copies or giving such support puts our project and individual developers at risk of being closed and sued. Is this really what you want?

Oh hell i support ScummVM and legit ways to play supported games all the way, am not justifying any piracy here only pointing the common reason why.

Granted it is not tolerable here, 30 bucks is okay for DOTT! :)
