I will do a build.. or I did a build of 1.4.0 but got stuck on the split build. So now time for 1.4.1 and that will be up soon.

Sounds nice
Will 1.4.1 have support for Dreamweb? There was a lot of work on that one last month.

No. Version 1.4.1 is a maintenance release, it won't include new engines.
Dreamweb support is currently scheduled for the next major stable version, 1.5.0
