I have the CD Freeware version of FOTAQ (21MB, give or take), and I was thinking of downloading the Floppy version (Around 6MB). But I would surmise the floppy version wouldn't be as good (Graphics, Sound). And would the game saves be cross-compatible? (I doubt it, but while I want to save space, it would also suck to start the game all over again.)
The reason I ask is I have a 2GB MS and it's almost all used up. I find myself at the point where I am trying to erase as much extra crap as I can to make room for more ScummVM, homebrews and music. (making .wav into .mp3 where I can and such...)
FOTAQ question for anyone who can help...

the CD version requires unzipped about 50-60mb, the floppy version about 22mb
gfx and sound effects are identical, the CD version has voices throughout
afaik the savegames between CD and floppy are not interchangeable
you could however still get an uncompressed CD version and compress it yourself with maximum compression (ie minimum quality) to save some more space
