Bugs found in Full Throttle and The Dig under v1.4.1

Hey, I have been testing out the current version of the Dreamcast port and have found a couple bugs with Full Throttle and The Dig.

First, the games seem to run fine without subtitles (but I've only played about ten minutes in each so far), but when you enable them the games eventually crash and the Dreamcast reboots.

Second, if you try to save a game to the VMU and there isn't enough space, the sound cuts out when you return to the game.

I should note that I'm running ScummVM from an SD card.

I'll submit these to the bug tracker and will be on the lookout for any other peculiarities!
