Re: simon the sorcerer & goblins 2 spanish Amiga version
That would be illegal.aldozx wrote:if you coders of scummvm are interested I can upload them..
In general, in cases like these, we would ask you to donate the original game disks to us, send via (snail) mail.
Hmm, unless they changed the filenames around, all gob2 Amiga versions should work.aldozx wrote:goblins 2 spanish version
What does ScummVM show for that game?
And can you list the files in the directory you point ScummVM to?
Re: simon the sorcerer & goblins 2 spanish Amiga version
thanks for the reply DrMccoy
on goblins 2 amiga/spanish scummvm recognize the game as english version and run the game in english language
originally the spanish version runs with this command
loader lg_sp
on simon the sorcerer amiga/spanish scummvm not recognize the game
I can send you the adf files if you want
why would be illegal? if you are not cracking or distributing
You are supporting games
also all the other 4 languages are supported by scummmvm in both games except spanish

Hmm, could you do that:aldozx wrote:on goblins 2 amiga/spanish scummvm recognize the game as english version and run the game in english language

For the file "intro.stk"?
Because you would be distributing the game to me, making it an illegal copy.aldozx wrote:I can send you the adf files if you want

I think you need to wait for the next one (i.e. wait for tomorrow); because that looks more like the fallback detector than the entry I added.aldozx wrote:just tested the latest build and scummvm recognizes the game as goblins 2 unknown/dos
Since the game is currently still detected as a DOS version, no music is to be expected.aldozx wrote:however the game runs and works ok in spanish....but
there is no music ...
thanks drMCcoy !!
I tested the march 31 build and now the game is recognized as amiga/spanish version and is working great
the game works perfect I passed lot of screens without problems
in this game the amiga version runs in 64 colors, the DOS version runs in 256 colors but the amiga version have much better music and different melodies....were composed by different authors
also in scummvm this game runs faster and better than a real amiga or winuae....because the timing is exact and there is no audio-desynchronization like occurs on faster amigas or winuae
btw, what about the simon the sorcerer 1 amiga spanish?
will be supported?
