SDL Shortcuts

Where can I find documentation about all shortcuts?

I found out:
STRG+q quits scummvm
STRG+f makes the game very fast

I wanted to try fullscreen shortcut, because fullscreen scummvm has problem with 2 screens (Dualview, nvidia TwinView) on Opensuse 11.4.

I don't know if it's all, but most of them should be documented in the ScummVM README file that should have bee included with ScummVM itself. Not every one works in every game, though.

ScummVM README file has very good documentation on this, chapter 5.5) Hotkeys.

But didn't solve my fullscreen problem.
Fullscreen problem with 2 monitors is problem of SDL, not scummvm.
I already found solutions for xorg.conf, but not tryed yet.

Wasn't there some sdl environment variable? Twin view provides xinerama extensions so follow the sdl xinerama advice.
