I'm probably the last to know this, but anyway:
Jeff Stephenson is the brain behind Sierra's SCI fame, and also partly responsible for AGI. He's came up with the encryption string "AVIS DURGAN" used in AGI resources. Turns out Avis Durgan is not only a string, it is also the name of his wife, and lately they had some financial troubles which they shared with a reporter:

Yes - very off-topic - maybe one for the Junkyard next time?
Whilst I can appreciate the link will be interesting to certain people out there I don't really want to read about other people's financial matters. I have a hard enough time myself staying above water and the last thing I want to read about are other people's financial problems.

Actually, we were not in financial trouble - we were just really p***ed off at Wells Fargo for being such idiots and contacted MarketPlace about it...
