ScummVM not running on iOS 5.1.1

Hey Guys,

I jailbroke my iPhone last week. I'm on iOS 5.1.1 moderatorial: removed due to violation of forum rule #3b.

I installed ScummVM and find it doesn't launch. I see the initial splash screen with the loading message, but then it exits. Have tried to reinstall. Other apps/tweaks are working fine.

Is the fault on my end or is my firmware not yet supported?

There has been a thread where an iPad (3) user ran ScummVM on it, so I guess it should work on iOS 5.1.

What ScummVM version did you install?

I had a look at Cydia packages. In there it says 0.13.0.

I am on an iPhone 4.

Any ideas?

As I said, I can't get passed the splash screen. It just quits every time.

That is not just old, that is an ancient ScummVM Release from February 2009.

Please install something newer, like 1.4.1.

I ran ScummVM successfully on 5.1.1 on iPad3.
