New game from the creators of Quest for Glory! (kickstarter)

Post by md5 »

A brand new game from Corey and Lori Cole, the creators of the Quest for Glory series and the Dr. Brain series!

Can't go wrong with these two :) Hopefully they'll reach their goal. And the graphics and music in the video are great! :)

The 2d tile art has come a long way since the Kickstarter was listed!

Yeah, that got me to contribute; at first it looked like yet another RPG Maker game and I am not a fan of that look anymore.

I've already pledged on this game. Honestly, I'm not liking the early concept art so far, but I have a lot of faith that the Coles and their team will deliver a great game if they get funded. I hope others here will consider backing them.

Of course, keep in mind that most companies start out their games with much less impressive concept art when they don't have to crowd source for funds. By those standards, the art is pretty good.

I think the updated concept art looks very good.

You're right! I hadn't checked in a while. It looks like it's going to be a close call if it does get funded. I hope anyone in these forums who liked the Quest for Glory series will please consider pledging at least five dollars. I've already upped my pledge twice.

The game they're working on, while not a sequel to Quest for Glory DOES take place in the same universe, so it's the closest thing we'll get for a while. Maybe ever.

As long as it doesn't get supported in ScummVM or gets a PS3 conversion they'll miss me (and probably a lot more people)
