HTC Universal/Windows Mobile 5, ScummVM is way to small

Hi ScummVM Folks,

I am the proud owner of a HTC Universal (MDA Pro) with Windows Mobile 5.

When I start ScummVM 0.8.0 it occupies only one fourth of the screen. The screen of the HTC Universal is VGA but only one fourth of it is occupied by ScummVM and only this section will be redrawn. It also seem like not a single key is working with scummvm.

For some reason, 0.8.0 doesn't default to 2x on a vga device like before. Just select 2x and it should look fine.
