i have problems to save games in Monkey Island and other games. Where are the function-keys (F1; F2; ...; F12)

I have the exact same problem. Since MI doesn't use esc as "main menu" it's kinda hard to save without the f5 (was it f5?) key.
Anyway, I'm using the latest S90 version of scummvm. (0.9.1)
And by the way, some use for the action key in the middle of the joypad would be great!
Edit: ok I found a way to save in MI2. Press the joypad middle button + upper right button at the same time so you get the CURSOR text on your screen. Then press the upper right button again to access the main menu. Use the middle+upper right combination again to make the upper right button an action key (JOY)
