Is this the correct version of the game?
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Fenimore-Fillmo ... 20ce04b9bc
It looks different from the other copies on Ebay and it's also about $400 cheaper as well.

Did a quick run through of the intro video and the first scene using English and German copies of the game (I have both).
Some odd transparency issues were present in the original release [Fenimore's shadow over coloured ground and the F5 screen] but I downloaded the daily build again just now and these were sorted.
I raised a minor bug.

I had that happen to me once, but it seemed a bit random. I haven't seen it since I added code to clear some palette-related arrays on startup (because the Valgrind memory debugger warned about uninitialized values), but I don't know for sure if that's what was causing it.Reckless wrote: Some odd transparency issues were present in the original release [Fenimore's shadow over coloured ground and the F5 screen] but I downloaded the daily build again just now and these were sorted.

Looks like once upon a time there must have been - http://www.game-nostalgia.com/clips/3sk ... _demo.html That video clearly shows "View" and "Play" demo options. Whilst the game has the same look the menu/credits look different to what was released - it could well have been an early copy for publishers, etc.
Sadly for you I've never seen a download.
