You will need all the game files. Best thing to do is use Collector's DOSBox installer:

I don't remember if Phantasmagoria has game resources with the same name (i.e. if it has overlapping resource.000 files). If it does, you'll need the installer. If it doesn't, you just need to copy the files from all the game's CDs into the same location

Yes, these are known errors/crashes of features which are not yet complete (such as "Robot" video support). Once more, SCI32 games like Phantasmagoria are NOT SUPPORTED YET and crashes like these are to be expected. The games that work can be found in our compatibility page:michellefland wrote:I managed to start the game it seems that works well on scummvm

How about "no"?
1) Judging by how much has been worked on the engine in the past, how much is currently being worked on and the timetable of most of the people involved with the engine, it doesn't look likely that any work towards getting the game supported will be done in the foreseeable future.
2) Following this, support for this game is potentially years away, if it comes at all
3) We're not going to notify everyone and there dog about single supported games in 1000 of threads on the forums. This would be completely asinine and a lot of work for us
4) Frankly, we have better things to do than to remember this weird request of yours
Just do what all other sane people do: Just check the notes of future releases. Hell, we even have Atom/RSS feeds for our news you can stick into whatever feed reader you use (if you use one, that is) and don't have to worry at all. Once a new release is there, it will show in the news feed and you can see if Phantasmagoria is one of the newly supported games.
