Two filters/scalers simultanously - 2xSAI with 25% scanlines

Hello everyone!

This might be a very strange question (and I jope it hasn't been asked before but I could't find anything):

Since switching from a CRT to a TFT, I am looking for a somewhat decent graphics setup.
What works best for the moment seems to be a combination of 2xSAI filtering with 25% scanlines.
Some other emulators support this because they have a separate scanline-option. ScummVM seems to do this via the scan2x or tv2x option.

Is there a way to combine 2xSAI with scanlines - without scaling the picture again?

Unless things have changed drastically since last time I looked, there is no way in ScummVM to combine two different graphics filters [1], and there is nothing that would just add scanlines without also scaling the image.

[1] Unless you count aspect ratio correction, which is applied after scaling.
