I saw on the downloads page that the Haiku port hasn't been updated since 1.4.0, so I compiled the 1.6.0 source code (with GCC4) with --enable-release so Haiku users can try the latest stable version.

ScummVM 1.6.0 Build for Haiku
Moderator: ScummVM Team
JenniBee: Thanks for this update. I noted the outdated ports to the mailing list on 2013-09-01, but there were only a few responses:
http://sourceforge.net/p/scummvm/mailma ... /31351938/
Our Beos/Haiku porter, Begasus last produced a build for the v1.4.0 release as you noted:
http://sourceforge.net/p/scummvm/mailma ... /28620798/
He has been around since and was last active on IRC on 2014-01-03, but the builds for v1.4.1, v1.5.0 and v1.6.0 have not been produced, probably due to a technical issue or just lack of spare time to do this.
If you would like to help with the Haiku port long term, I suggest that you send a message to the scummvm-devel mailing list introducing yourself and offering to join the Haiku port support team alongside Begasus... He should be happy for the help as I have chatted to him before and he is quite amenable.
In the meantime, I assume that you used the guide here to produce your v1.6.0 build?:
http://wiki.scummvm.org/index.php/Compi ... ZETA/Haiku
Could you also try making a build for v1.5.0 and v1.4.1 so we have all the missing releases as this helps users doing "gross bisection" to locate bugs due to regressions!

@Begasus: Thank you for this.
@JenniBee: If you could do a quick test with the new builds and see if they work fine for you, that would be good. Thanks.
These can be found at:

I'll look at updating the scummvm web site data and the wiki pages to reflect the up to date status.
