Reminds me of the first maniac mansion in those screens.

And they nearly got their basic funding after just some days :-)
Now for the stretch goals...

Won't happen, Amiga is dead for the games industry.

I just like the style of the game and the humor of it's creators a lot :-)

Still needs some more for voice acting at 625,000%, though.

Great to see that he got Boris Schneider at 425,000$, the inventor of video game translations for the translation, which is almost reached already.

Not sure if they will reach that goal.
I don't know anything about game development, but maybe they should have switched the IOS/Android and the speech tier (then again, it's probably much more costly to create speech than a port!?)

Is promoting the kickstarter on the ScummVM front page an option?

Not sure, but i don't think so.
The game to be done is nice with lovable retro feeling, but other than being a point&click adventure it hasn't very much in common with ScummVM.

Now if there were a stretch goal to make the source available for the ScummVM devs to implement an engine...

*dreaming*

You're right. There were no promotions for the Double Fine Adventure and the likes, so why should there be one for TP.

I noticed they silently changed the talkie goal to $525.000, and we are not far from that.
Would be a pity if they don't reach that.

They explained the reasoning behind that in Update #9.
