Which games would you like to be supported on the future?

All the inane chatter goes in here. If you're curious about whether we will support a game, post HERE not in General Discussion :)

Same here. I also have the CD somewhere, but since the installation is, to put it mildly, less than convenient on a Win 8.1 machine, I've been keeping my fingers crossed in wishing that ScummVM will eventually support it.

Morden, KnutG: It is best in future to check the Engines page on the Wiki first.

An engine for Comet is in progress, but has not been updated for some time and IIRC is incomplete:

The headline of this threat is "Which games would you like to be supported on the future?", and i wrote my wish...
The info, that a engine was in progress but was never updated for a long time change nothing on my wish, that someone implement this game in scummVM (complete) and make it playable soon...

I wish they would support Oregon Trail 2. I have the game, but I can't get it to work on Windows 7. Been craving the nostalgia of playing that.

Leisure Suit Larry 6: Shape Up or Slip Out! 640x480 Version

What is the problem with that game? I think this is only a modification of the SCI engine... or is it not?

It uses SCI2 not SCI1.1 like the VGA version. SCI2 is not supported yet. Apparently they've changed a bunch of engine specific things in SCI2. Same story with KQ7, SQ6, PQ4, Torin's Passage, and all SVGA Sierra games. Except GK1, I guess? Which is partially playable?

I'd love to see the GRAAL and GRAC2 engines supported.

Second, but being Amiga-only games i don't think it will happen (soon/ever?)

I'd like to see Daedalic's "Deponia" series supported in ScummVM in the future. The first three games share the same engine, the Visionaire Adventure Game Engine. This engine is also used by other Daedalic games like "Harvey's New Eyes", "The Night of The Rabbit" and "The Whispered World".

Because the games are quite new (the series started in 2012), I don't think they are really in scope of ScummVM (yet).

"Deponia: Doomsday" released a few days ago is using the Visionaire engine too which would make implementing this engine even more exciting.

Add another vote for the pink panther games. Those were a part of my childhood.
