I've installed it with KQ7ForDosBox.exe from SierraHelpPages
but i get a CTD on every game start, before intro.
I've bought KQ7+8 from GOG and merged the German language into it but again CTD before intro.
After that i've tested original languages and it works.
What a mess... It seems like,
I would never be able to play KQ7 with german language again.

Leisure Suit larry 7 and Police Quest 4 working perfectly.
I hate the new century and technology :'(
No DOS, no SummVM, no KQ, no Fun

Installed it with original Setup, DOSBox Setup on a XP netbook
but with no effect.
I think i've merged the german language with every other version!
Does anyone have an installer which you can use for the German version?

@spk64

Have you seen this remark on the Sierra Help pages?
Note: the 1.4 and 1.51 installers will not work for localized versions. Localized Windows only versions can be played in DOSBox if you install Windows 3x in it, first.
I can be found under "Speed problems".

Just love it when people who want support for my installers ask on other forums where I may or may not see that request.

Next time you may want to ask for help from the site that got a program instead of another site that has nothing to do with what you downloaded.

They do. It's linked at the bottom of every page: http://www.sierrahelp.com/forums/
