hello, I'm quite new on Android port but I'm used to pc and nds versions.
Now I'm trying to play monkey1 Sega CD version. I managed to run the game and mp3 music but I'm struggling to understand how to control this console version on tablet. I somehow (still don't know how) passed the "press start" screen and started game, still I can't select dialogues while talking to npcs, I just can select the very first one and cannot scroll the choices. I'm currently using direct input mode.
Is there someone who can help me?
As an alternative, are joypads compatibles to this port and this game version?

Update:
Connecting a bluetooth keyboard you can scroll dialogue options by pressing "6" and "7" buttons as already stated in other subforums here around.
6 and 7 buttons don't work with android virtual keyboard, though.
The problem is that my bluetooth keyboard has an automatic stand-by function which temporarily disconnects the keyboard if not used after some time. When the keyboard disconnects, ScummVM crashes.
I will try other solutions later (mouse and keyboard on OTG, PS3 controller eventually) and report.
Meanwhile I'm still open to other suggestions
