Updated toolchain for compiling iOS (clang) version?

I've noticed that the buildbot server is actively building ScummVM for iOS using an updated toolchain that uses clang.

Can I get a copy of this toolchain or instructions on how to build the toolchain myself?

I'm trying to compile ScummVM against the latest official iOS SDK (8.4) and am having some issues.
