Scumm VM Help

Trying to use Scumm VM on Full Throttle. Recently won the game on Ebay because I found that Scumm would be able to play the game on my power book. However downloaded the program popped in the game clicked on add game and it doesn't recognize the game. So just trying to get some help on what I'm missing. What do I need to do to get the game to play. I have a Mac (and I bought the game for a Mac) so any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Did you install the game, or simply copy all the files from CD to a directory on your HD? Installing is not neccessary.

Which files do you have in the game directory?

Maybe you can try renaming them to make sure they're all in lower case, that might also help.
