Mouse cursor gets out of focus even in full screen

I am using the latest SVN from today, and suddenly the mouse gets out of focus when moving it to the outer borders of the fullscreen window, like if I was playing in window mode. Any suggestions what may cause this?

By "mouse gets out of focus" you mean that the system cursor appears?
This is the expected behaviour when mouse is not grabbed. You can grab the mouse by using Crtl+M.

But that makes me think it would probably be more logical if we grabbed the mouse by default in fullscreen mode...

Maybe, there should be a checkbox in the options menu as well, since this is not exactly an obvious setting.
