I relied on the autosave and now I dunno what to do to restart from where Indy was...alive. Please Help!

A bit? A lot actually. Most of the time, you're missing items you would need to progress beyond the puzzle the boot parm was meant to debug. Also all the variables related to other puzzles are not set, which may break them.
