Did Sierra games ever vary based on diskette size?

I know there have been all kinds of differences based on various factors, but has it ever been observed that a Sierra game contained differences in the same box between the 5.25" 360k media and the 3.5" 720k media?

Long ago, I remember thinking some of the player piano or victrola songs were missing on the 5.25 360k floppies for The Colonel's Bequest.
