Starting crash on Windows 7

ScummVM 2.1.* crash on startup. ScummVM 2.0.* doesn't.
Windows 7 x64 without TTS support

Last (and only) console message: "WARNING: Could not initialize TTS audio!"

This might have been fixed about 6 weeks ago already (with this change). You can test this with a daily build. If the crash still occurs with those, then it would be a good idea to create a bug report on https://bugs.scummvm.org/.

Latest daily version works fine.
