Cruise for a Corpse... How do you save?!

Hey there, I'm playing Cruise on a Macbook Pro, but I can't find the save menu. According to the manual you have to press both left and right mouse buttons at the same time... but obviously on a trackpad (and maybe even with a Magic Mouse) that's not possible. Is there a way to save in MacOS?

The ScummVM common hotkey CTRL-F5 brings up the main menu.

You can use F10 to access the game menu as well. It has the same effect as pressing the left and right mouse buttons simultaneously.
