I noticed that you lack subtitles in cutscenes, I would advice you to get the patch, if you want to complete the game. (getting the spanish one might prove a bit difficult though.)

Isn't there just one international patch?

Never heard of a patch for each released language version

I haven't seen any spanish/german/french subtitles in my patch-files, so, I'm not so sure. Then again, I don't own an internationalized version.
