1. Start ScummVM
2. Click on "ADD" a game
3. Change into the subdir the game resides
4. Press "OK"

it should find the game and add the descriptor for it

5. Start the newly added game

If it does not find the game, you have to change the dir

In case it's not clear, the browser window in ScummVM shows only folders (not ordinary files), and you open a folder by double-clicking on it.

BTW: If you're using a Mac, ScummVM will also show you the file names, but you don't need to select them (you only need to select the folder.)
