Legend of Kyrandia is completable, with some minor glitches.

Tested on Win32, SVN build 2006-06-01.

I have reported whatever glitches I found to the bug tracker.

Tested German Windows version of Broken Sword 1 on WinXP. Game is completable with no remarkable bugs and such things. Tested with the built on 1st June 2006 (Yeah, I know, test with the latest, but when I started testing this built version was the latest. And the game itself is really LONG.) I tested just until yet to the end. To hear most dialogs on every action it took me at least 10 hours. Well, it was actually fun to play it through a second time. :) Well, I might as well get started with Broken Sword 2 on the new release.

Added, but I wonder what exactly...

...means.

Did you encounter some glitches or none at all?

I think there were none at all. Only those which were in the original game (cut-off speech, e.g.)

I assume you played it in original English and you found no regressions?

At least I added it that way....

I have encounter a bug in the german 4 CD Editon of feeble files!
When I play the Arcade-game "Simon the Sourcerer" the Swampsoupgame don't work correctly.
The row with the choosen ingredients will be deleted when the row is complete! The result will be also deleted after one second!
So every time a row is completed I have a blank gamefield!
Without the old rows the riddle couldn't be solved!

Please could you correct this error, so that I can continue with the game!

p.s. it's great that you make it possible to play this genial adventure on windows xp!

regards PM

Information: I use the Win32 Daily Snapshot (last update: June 3, 2006, 2:32 am) on windows xp with the german 4 CD-Editon

Did you do a build exclusively for your wife?
Does it run in full color palette?
Real-Time?
Speech?

Sorry, couldn't resist :-D
