Assign keymaps to Volume Up/Down?

In previous versions of the Android port I was able to assign Volume up/down to right click and skip lines of dialogue. Any chance of getting that back? It was very helpful. Thanks!

There seemed to be issues (crashes) when we didn't let these buttons do their system intended work. Also, personally I am not a big fan of overriding the functionality of the volume control buttons.

I could look into it again at some point to see if we can make it an optional setting, attached with a warning or something.
