Grim Fandango / Escape Monkey controls in Nvidia Shield

Hi friends
I am using the latest version of ScummVm 2.3.0 Android on my Nvidia Shield, and I am playing a lot of games without any problem, with the Shield gamepad the mouse cursor is operated, and the gamepad buttons are the right and left click.

Now I would like to play Grim Fandango and Escape from Monkey Insland, they start correctly in the Shield , but I can't control the main character.
I remember that these games used the keyboard arrows and some keyboard buttons. Is it possible to configure them in any way? For example assign the keyboard arrows to the DPad in the Nvidia gamepad ?

I have tried to do it through the ScummVM menu but it does not seem to recognize the nvidia shield gamepad buttons when you try to assign them
