Encode_dxa under Windows 2000

encode_dxa doesn't work under Windows 2000 (it complains about png are not 8-bit, but this is wrong). Under Win XP it works right! What's the problem?

I have the same problem .... I also have Windows 2000 and can't convert "The Feeble Files" because of that.

Someone did report the same thing happening under Linux earlier today. I'm not all that familiar with how the tool works, but I did notice something that struck me as odd when I looked at it. Maybe Kirben can tell me whether or not I'm barking up the wrong tree.

This seems to be a bug from my initial code.

Kirben just fixed the bug, so maybe it'll work in the next snapshot.
