Is a PS3 ISO build possible?

Right now the PS3 port is only in an installable PKG format, I hope we could also have a disc image. I don't have a lot of storage on my PS3 and an ISO would allow me to mount it from a network server (along with games) and save precious space.

Can it be done? Can I have instructions please?

In theory it could be possible but best way if you have not enough space on internal hdd is to put games on usb, so you could add them to ScummVM via dev_usb00x path.
