The ScummVM team correctly stops all discussion regarding violations regarding distrubition of software that is copyrighted. Many post are lock and links eliminated to help ensure piracy is not supported. BUT...ScummVM also supports many AGS games that blantly rip off copyrighted content from commercial games. Such as the AGS King's Quest IV Retold or The Black Cauldron. How is support for these titles this justified?
I can understand using some elements of a game in a fan game, but using virtually all the assests of a game to create the same game does seem questionalbe.
