An unknown SCI0 game can't be added to game list

Post by robbo008 »

Hi,
Is there anyway to add an unknown SCI0 game to the iOS version port of ScummVM? As my game is a fan made game its not detected by the ScummVM engine when I try and add the folder. It uses Sierra's SCI0 (Sciv.exe) files for MSDOS as does a game like LSL3. I've tried placing LSL3's sierra.com in the folder and I get a list of many Sierra's games but it does not let me add it. Errors out.

Would be good to be able to add my game to test it.
Thanks,

No, currently, it is not possible. We have to add it explicitly to our detection tables. It might never be possible: the SCI engine has way too many subtly different versions, so a developer should provide the precise engine flags for a game entry.
