Remove language and platform icons from displaying in icon mode

Title. I just want a cleaner look where it doesn't show me the little extra platform/language icons in the upper and lower right corners of my game icons. I discovered I could get rid of platform by changing it to <default>, but most of them won't let me alter the language from English, it's greyed out. Which makes sense. Is there a simple way to do this that I am not seeing? Thank you for your time!

EDIT: I was able to do a find and replace in the ini for all language=en/us and all platform= etc., so that's one solution, I guess. If there was an easier way for the future that would sure be nice, though.

That is not a solution; your games may stop running.

So far I haven't encountered an issue with that, but I backed up my ini just in case.
