Claims to be supported since 2.2.0
However I can not get the game folder to rexognize on a recent daily build or the last stable build.
I tried 2.5.0 and it thought it was an unknown groovie game variant (???)
I was specifically trying the DOS version. I do not have copies of the Atari or Amiga version to test.

Re: Champion of the Raj
Champion of the Raj is not supported, as of yet, by ScummVM.
The wiki page is outdated and contains wrong info, at least as far as the support status goes.
It seems that initially it was thought that it would be supported since it was included in the detection tables for engine Glk/Level9, but a member of the forums who had the game, tested it and observed that it wasn't detected and moreover its files had very different format than other games of the engine.
Therefore the detection entry for the game was removed (this is the relevant commit):

viewtopic.php?p=89433#p89433I was just surprised to see a game using that engine that was so different. Currently it doesn't recognize at all, and it's file format is incredibly different from the other Level9 games
