I have followed instructions on how to put the necessary files in a folder and run the game with ScummVM.
I can run the game and get to the beach with Elaines golden statue on it, and then when I try going to another screen there is an error message in the console that
Object 257 is not in room 13.
COMI.LA0 is 75 kB
COMI.LA1 is 67 716 kB
COMI.LA2 is 81 497 kB (from CD 2)
Resource folder is 866 MB with 25 files in it.
I did try to copy the files one by one, like someone suggested.
I only have CD 1 in front of me, so I cannot confirm about COMI.LA0, but I remember it to only be on CD 1.

I can't reproduce this issue on mine (Windows, ScummVM 2.8.1)
Please open a bug ticket on the ScummVM bug tracker and include information such as:
- what version(s) of ScummVM have you tested with
- which platform are you testing on
- what version of the game specifically are you testing with (info like localization, where you got it from etc)
- attach a saved game at the area (with the golden statue) where the issue occurs.

Yes I have not seen anyone else have this problem, so I thought it would be the CD:s, that are from 1997.
Thanks anyway.
Would be interesting to know if the files are the correct size.
Re: Curse of Monkey Island - files from old CD:s
So, I have probably just not updated ScummVM on that computer.
I couldn't read the discs from my home computer, so I ended up playing it from another computer.
I could go to the map on my home computer.
I had no idea the version of ScummVM could make any difference, but I guess it is a very old version on that computer.
It was very confusing.
So that is most probably that.
Furthermore, I consider Monkey one and two much better.

I was wrong about scummvm being old, but at least it worked on my home computer.
