This thread is on fire.
Anyone who wants to post my request for scans of the spanish Grim mural over at the LucasArts Museum forums please feel free to do so, I can't seem to get that registration verification e-mail, and I've tried 2 times.
edit; also, it seems like the hint book would be the best way to go for a GF poster, so if anyone has one, please scan it:)

I'm almost done with Zak (I've put the DOTT-SW poster behind that, and maybe behind MM as well):
Aside from "and the Alien Mindbenders" there's some small stuff in the lower corners left:
Any ideas? Solutions maybe?
What kinda bugs me is the fact, that the bread is covered by the logo... whoever painted the logo in was probably asleep. I mean, c'mon, behind Zak's head, but in front of the bread? Fool.
But maybe the German magazine cover has the whole bread... looks kinda like it. I want the bread!!

possible solution for the left side is to find someone with a german c64 version

There is an image on lucasarts museum too, low quality so a scan might be needed, Is there enough to work from there?
I'll keep looking to try and find a solution for the other side

Well, for the bottom part, you could always chop it off (it's not that big, and it shouldn't make a difference in the final image). The left part above the newspaper looks "easy" enough to be covered by a simple clone stamp (but then again, there's a little part with black just below the text), but I'm not sure about the newspaper itself

uuuh - there's a red bar partly in front of it, and I can't make out any "writing" on it - it's all blur?sanguinehearts wrote:I honestly think we have found all the art we are going to find.
lets hope that the scan from clem can uncover show the newspaper in all its glory, who knows it might...
at least the bread is fully visible
